We hope you enjoy looking at our website and find all the information you need. If you require further details, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Bagworth Pre-school LTD was formed in September 2010.
Directors : Tracey Folwell and Marlene Hurdley.
Both Tracey and Marlene work directly in the setting and have years of experience in working in childcare. Both hold the NNEB qualification, a level 3 qualification in childcare. We are passionate about the work we do, and have a valuable team of staff who share our vision and enthusiasm in delivering a high standard of care.
In our setting we welcome children from 2-5 years, and support them in their transition to school. We are registered to receive government funding for 3year olds and 2 year olds who fulfill the required criteria.
Our hours of opening are 9.00 am -12.00 noon Monday - Friday term time only.
The Pre School Team
We have a team of experienced, caring and happy staff, with high levels of training and qualifications who have all been DBS checked, interviewed and have received good references. They are continuously kept up to date with the latest legislation and training needs, their suitability is regularly reviewed and their ideas and input always valued.
We pride ourselves on our strong links with parents and carers. Regular interaction with key members of staff and a shared approach to learning ensures continuity in care and supports your child's well being.
Our fees are £10.50 per session (3hour session). Fee's are payable at the beginning of each half term. In the event of your child being absent from Pre School we still require fee's due to retaining your child's place. We are unable to offer replacement sessions after absence as we have to maintain correct ratios. At the start of the term after your child's 3rd birthday, you will be entitled to receive Nursery Education Funding. This means that your child can receive 15 hours per week free childcare (term time only). If parents are eligible for the extended offer of 30 hrs, we work closely with local childminders to deliver a partnership approach. We can also access the government 2year old funding for children meeting the required criteria. We do ask for a donation of 20p per session to cover costs of snack time.
